Good eyes, though Garza is a legit pick. The rules should read "no more than 50 IP," not "less than." It's rare a player hits the magic number on the nose, but obviously not that rare.
I hope if this actually influenced someone's pick, they would have asked for clarification before making a decision. If this has caused a problem, let us know ASAP.
